Covid 19 and umpiring
In a typical year, I might do 100 games behind the plate (slow pitch and fast pitch) and on the bags. This year, I will have done 10 games of slow pitch "Fall Ball". It is hard to keep your skills up if you aren't working games. Clinics are helpful reminders, but the game teaches the lessons the hard way. More games equals more experience. I only wish there had been more games this season.
